We are currently seeking a full-time front desk professional for our fast-paced office.
Candidates must have a great personality, be honest, be able to work as a team and independently, be highly motivated, someone that takes direction well and learns quickly, responsible and able to provide excellent customer service.
This position requires that one have excellent communication skills, computer experience, be detail oriented, organized, and a self-starter.
Prior dental front office experience is preferred.
Duties include answering multiple phone lines, handling payments, insurance and billing, Scheduling, past due accounts, and many other administrative duties.
Pay depending upon experience.

Required Experience and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous scheduling experience preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service setting is preferred.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure with a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
