My client is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive for their business development team. The Account Executive will be responsible for the sale of Internet, High Capacity Data, Video, and Voice based services to small-to-medium (SMB) businesses. The Account Executive works as a part of a team to drive sales using an array of prospecting activities designs and delivers live sales presentations to prospective business clients. Account executives will continually develop new relationships with individual businesses and the community while maintaining relationships with established customer base.

Responsibilities:
o Creates and delivers face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest products and services.
o Promotes the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer.
o Sells with goals of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
o Stays abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position my client's Business Services in the marketplace.
o Focuses on maintaining customer base within developed sales territory but continues to cultivate new local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
o Actively generates new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships by focus on goal achievement and is results driven.
o Retains customer base by delivering superior customer service. Maintains and builds customer relationships to drive customer retention; works with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and that service levels meet and exceed customer expectations through strong customer service orientation with excellent follow up skills.
o Maintains accurate, quality sales records and prepares sales and activity reports, as required.
o Demonstrates some knowledge of Internet Technologies, Functionality & Services, Voice Network
o Technologies (including VoIP), Data Networking Technologies, Functionality & Services (LAN, MAN, AN, VPN), and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts.
o Attends offsite meetings with customers on a regular basis and demonstrates excellent verbal and written skills and skill in presenting, persuading, and negotiating.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
