As Technical Director, you will direct and organize activities of workers engaged in supporting network operations, technical training, and multimedia along with supporting other leadership at the client location to properly set expectations and meets deliverables.
You will also:
o Develop policies and procedures, based on industry best practices essential to carry out day to day computer operations and ensure business continuityo Aid with the expansion of high-level annual and/or multi-year tactical planso Provide leadership and employee management including skill evaluation and remediation planningo Establish and maintain change management processeso Evaluate data security profile and make recommendations based on industry standards, cost/benefits analysis, and compatibility with existing environment, software, or hardware Requirements for this Technical Director:
o Knowledge of Cisco environment who has managed help desk and networkso 5
years managing a technical services departmento Experience with IT department budgetso Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical staffo Planning and organization skills o CCNA certification - strongly preferred This Technical Director enjoys:
