Will train to learn some mechanical knowledge and use our CRM and other software's.
DUTIES- - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide customer service by answering inquiries and addressing customers concerns - Help Advisor check in vehicle's & deliver vehicle to customer - Book appointments for repairs - Help file & scan invoices - Help move vehicles to bullpen & storage - Maintain a clean and organized desk area - Collect on past due bills & deposits Note:
